- UK Nominated Saturday or Sunday: £9.95. Choose a specific day if ordered before 1pm Monday – Friday.
Returns:
- You can return your item within 40 working days from the date of receipt. Please use our returns portal for easy processing.
- We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, but this may extend to 30 working days during busy periods.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item and place a new order.
- All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes, we are pleased to provide a complimentary engraving service on select pieces. You can choose from a variety of fonts, motifs, and emojis. Look for the quill icon to identify products eligible for engraving. Please note that engraved items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, though they are still covered by our warranty.
