Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we currently don't provide a click-and-collect pick-up service.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. After you receive your order, you can use our Returns portal to return any unwanted items.

Can my order be redirected?

Unfortunately, we cannot redirect orders once they have left our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a shipping address where you will be available to sign for and receive your order. If you still wish to try redirecting your parcel after dispatch, please contact the courier directly to see if it is possible.

Can you deliver my order to a PO Box address?

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses, and temporary residence addresses to ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Tilary order.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

For security purposes, all Tilary orders require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or email

How long will delivery of my personalised order take?

Orders with engraving or monogramming will be delivered within 7-10 working days (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders that contain both personalized and non-personalized items cannot be split into separate shipments and will also be delivered within 7-10 working days.

To check the status of an order, please contact us quoting your order number.

How can I track my order?

We will send you tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. These details will be included in your order dispatch email.
