How do I return my item?

To return your item, please use our returns portal.

Our returns period is currently 40 working days from the date you receive your order.

We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, though this may extend to 30 working days during busy periods.

Can I exchange my item?

Please note, we no longer accept exchanges, including rings.

Receiving Your Refund

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However, during busy times of the year, this timeframe may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If for any reason you're unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns on all items, including earrings, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

However, we cannot accept returns on engraved, monogrammed, or other personalized items, as these pieces have been customized especially for you. If you receive a faulty engraved or monogrammed item, please contact us to rectify the issue.

We are also unable to accept returns on items purchased from our stockists. Please contact the stockist directly to process your return.

Return Charges

We're currently offering an extended returns period for all orders. You can return your orders within 40 days of purchase.

We offer free returns for customers in mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

For customers based in Europe or other international countries, the return cost will be calculated in our Returns portal.

We aim to process all returns within 14 working days; however, during busier times of the year, this may take up to 30 working days.

Faulty Items

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your new Tilary jewellery.

Our customer service team would be happy to assist - please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team can help more quickly and advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.

Exchanges

We no longer accept exchanges, including rings and other sizes. Please  contact us if you have any questions about an item or order.

International Returns

Returns from international countries outside mainland UK may be subject to a return fee. This cost is calculated in our Returns portal.

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the EU.
